Rotaract Clubs are the youth wing of Rotary International. Rotaract Clubs bring individuals over 18 years of age together to exchange ideas with community leaders, and to develop leadership and professional skills. The members work to take action through service, from the cities to the villages. The members decide how to organize and run their clubs, manage their funds, and plan and carry out their activities and service projects.
Institute has a Rotract Club managed by students. The club aims to develop leadership and professional skills and enhance teamwork through humanitarian service and experiential learning. The Rotract club carries out different activities and service projects. The objectives of the club are:
- To create awareness and understanding about humanitarian issues
- To provide students with the opportunity for humanitarian service
- To motivate students to make a difference by being a good citizen
The learning outcomes of the club are:
- Developing a positive attitude towards community service
- Building goodwill and peace among the students
- Developing team building, fundraising, public speaking and leadership skills
