Prayukti – Journal of Management Applications (PJMA) is a biannual, double-blind peer-reviewed journal of management applications published by Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School. PJMA publishes research articles that are written in the field of management and Social Sciences. PJMA aims at contributing to the existing body of knowledge in the different areas of Management and Social Sciences by providing a platform and bringing forth the Academia for the new and innovative ideas and research papers that are either qualitative, quantitative, empirical, review articles or case studies that are purely original and is contributing towards the existing body of knowledge. The main purpose of PJMA is to serve as a repertory for researchers, academicians, and scholars for their intellectual and professional development. PJMA aims at becoming a medium that promulgates new ideas in the stream of banking and finance, financial management, marketing management, international business management, general management, human resource management, operations management, data analytics, sustainability, economics, business ethics, entrepreneurship, etc. PJMA publishes those papers that use experiential pedagogies, empirical/conceptual research, case studies that can be potential in acting as a bridge between the theoretical findings and their practical applications in the real world.
