Admission Eligibility

• Academic Requirements: Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates in any discipline from universities and institutions recognized by AICTE, UGC, or AIU, with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
• Entrance Exams: Applicants must have appeared in any of the following competitive exams: CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, or any other competitive exam/test acceptable as per AICTE guidelines.
• Final Year Students: Students in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply.
• Valid Passport: Students must possess a passport valid for at least 12 months from the date of their intended travel.

Admission Procedure

• Online Application:Access the Form: Candidates can access the application form online through the official Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School website.
• Complete the Form:Fill in all required details in the application form, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Final Year Students:Attach all necessary supporting documents as specified in the application requirements. This may include academic transcripts, entrance exam scores, and identification documents.

Application Fee Payment:

• Payment Methods:Candidates can pay the application processing fee via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or net banking.
• Confirmation of Payment: Upon successful payment, candidates will receive confirmation of their registration. This confirmation is important as it serves asproof of application submission.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting:Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have submitted complete applications will be shortlisted on the basis of their profile.
• Personal Interview:Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the schedule for a personal interview round. This interview is a crucial component of the selection process and may be conducted face-to-face or virtually, depending on the circumstances.

Admission Offer:

• Notification of Selection:Selected candidates will be contacted via email or phone with an admission offer.
• Registration Process:Upon accepting the offer, candidates will be guided through the registration process to finalize their admission.

Mandatory Guidelines for Students Traveling Abroad

As you prepare for your academic journey to Dubai, it is imperative to adhere strictly to the following essential guidelines to ensure a seamless transition and stay:

• Valid Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 12 months beyond your planned travel date. This is non-negotiable for entry into Dubai.
• Visa Responsibility: While the institute provides support during the visa application process, the approval remains entirely at the discretion of the immigration authorities. Please note that the institute cannot be held accountable for any visa rejections, delays, or related financial implications.
• Medical & Health Compliance: Completion of all mandatory medical examinations and vaccinations as dictated by UAE health regulations is required before departure. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive health insurance to cover any medical emergencies during your stay.
• Financial Preparedness: Full payment of tuition fees, accommodation charges, and other compulsory costs must be made according to the designated payment schedule. Additionally, adequate provision should be made for personal expenses such as transportation and day-to-day living costs.
• Legal & Conduct Compliance: Strict adherence to all local laws in Dubai and the policies of your accommodation is required. Students are solely responsible for any legal issues or misconduct that may occur.
