Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School functions under Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society. Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society has several education institutes of repute under its umbrella. These include institutes that impart education in engineering, technology, pharmaceutical sciences, arts, commerce, science, management, hotel management and catering technology, law, computer science, education, and nursing. The society also runs a public school. All institutes are located in and around Pune.
The institute has a rich legacy of imparting quality management education that has been endorsed by the industry as relevant and progressive.
While our robust curriculum is delivered with a multicultural and multidisciplinary approach, we have also implemented the provisions of the
National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) in our PGDM program. Our institute has cutting-edge learning resources and tools, besides a diverse and
experienced pool of faculty from the industry and academia.
The institute has student exchange programs with international universities and also provides the students with opportunities to execute projects in multinational companies. The students get ample placement opportunities every year, with leading recruiters visiting campus for placements. The institute provides business-driven management education to equip the students to meet the challenges of the business environment as well as to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship among them. The curriculum is flexible to keep it relevant in the constantly changing global business environment. The institute strives to keep the knowledge of the students updated so that they can excel on the personal, social and business fronts. The institute currently conducts two programs – the 2-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), and the 2-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Administration. These are full-time programs and are conducted on campus.
