Day 4 of Diksharambh 2025 was a compelling mix of insight, inspiration, and introspection for the MBA Batch of 2025–27. The day opened with a powerful session by Dr. Kunal Kumawat, HR Head, Compressor Technique, Custom Centr at Atlas Copco India who brought the human side of leadership into sharp focus. Through his session “People Power: The Role of HR in Leading Change and Creating Business Value,” students gained a deep understanding of how HR is not just a function—but a driver of culture, transformation, and strategic growth.
In the afternoon, Mr. Vineet Narayan, Managing Director at Pathfinder Management Consulting, explored the evolving dynamics of the workforce in his session “Thriving in the Future of Work.” Blending entrepreneurial thinking with workforce strategy, he offered a forward-looking view of what it takes to succeed and lead in an unpredictable, fast-evolving business world.
The day concluded with a meaningful shift in pace through the screening of The Pursuit of Happyness. More than just a film, it served as an emotional and educational experience—one that reminded students of the resilience, belief, and perseverance needed to chase goals in the face of adversity.
With each session, the day left the batch not only more informed, but more inspired to shape their future with clarity and courage.
