The Induction Program for the 2018-20 batch took place on June 15, 2018, and featured esteemed senior leaders from various industries as a speaker. The Notable speakers included Mr. Vibhu Dewan, Director of HR at Nielsen India, Ms. Deepti Deshpande, HR Head at Barclays, Mr. Atul Marne, Director of Projects at Kisan Forum Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Subhasis Chatterjee, Managing Director & Country Head at Allweiler India, Circor Industrial Group, Mr. Ashwini Malhotra, Managing Director of Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd, and Mr. Christopher Jason, Associate Director of Human Resources at Markets & Markets.
The program's essence is centered on the idea that "Management is all about managing in the short term while developing plans for the long term." This ethos guides us right from the students' initial entry into college. Our induction program seamlessly blends academics, personality development, management games, and social awareness.
It encompassed a rich array of activities, including guest lectures, seminars, workshops, industry visits, cultural activities, and more, offering invaluable insights and experiences to nurture the potential of future managers.
