Objective(s):

To gain knowledge skills and Attitude with regards to strategic marketing in cross cultural settings.

Brief Report:

The workshop began with brief presentations of Dr. D. Y. Patil B- School and Technical University of Applied Sciences. The presentation of B-School was given by Dr. Atul Kumar and Presentation of the Technical University of Applied Sciences was given by Prof. Dr. Manfred Kiesel. Further, Dr, Atul Kumar conducted a brief session on strategic marketing tools and the session was continued with a presentation by Prof. Dr. Manfred Kiesel on strategic marketing.

Mr. Sunil Bhatambrekar presented his company that is Maxion Wheels India Pvt. Ltd. and a case study of his company. After the presentation, students (participants) from Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Technical University of Applied Sciences and Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research were divided into ten groups for solving the case study presented by Mr. Sunil Bhatambrekar.

In the second half all the ten groups comprising students from three different institutions presented the possible solution of the case. The workshop ended with a feedback collection, certificate distribution and vote of thanks by Ms. Ishita Sill.
