Brief Report

Mr. Satish Phadke is a prominent figure who inspires people to have a love for their career. Additionally, he is a master of excellence, passion, and mentoring. He provided the pupils with knowledge on learning the art of business management, locating the road to professional advancement, and developing the abilities necessary to become the person of their own choosing. He engaged the audience in conversation on how best to use the time and resources they now have at their disposal. He then got the students' attention by giving one real-world example. He took a glass of water that was motionless, and dirt had collected at the bottom. He quickly stirred it with a stick, and the entire glass of water became muddy. Consequently, describing what he said, the stick represents negative ideas, negative people, negative influences, etc., while the dirt represents all the negative things/thoughts in our head and the glass of water represents our mind. That once swirled evoke all the memories of the past, and we begin to dwell on it and think deeply about it despite the fact that it is pointless and a waste of our valuable time and moments. Mr. Satish highlights a few realities by focusing on that instance that may assist to make the present and future more beautiful, such as forgetting the past, living in the present, and moving forward. He also persuaded them that they simply need to be experts in their own fields.

The distinguished visitor provided the pupils few guidelines to follow for living their lives. First Rule of life is - Break the rule and the Second is - Always remember the first rule. He quoted something as he ended the session that, “Badal sako to badal daalo aur agar badal nahi sakte to sveekaar kar daalo.”
