The objective of this activity is to enhance one's professional development and network within the field of human resources and personnel management in India.
Brief report:
National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is the only all India body of professional managers engaged in the profession of Human Resource Management, ,Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development in the country. It came into existence on 15th March 1980 as a result of merger of two professional institutions, namely the Indian Institute of Personnel Management (IIPM) established in 1948 in Kolkata and the National Institute of Labour Management (NILM) established in 1950 in Bombay, now Mumbai.
We are delighted to announce that the Dr. D. Y. Patil NIPM Student Chapter has officially become a member of the esteemed National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). This membership marks a significant milestone in our commitment to the highest standards of professional excellence and our dedication to the advancement of human resources management and development. Dr. D. Y.Patil organized NIPM Student Chapter Installation Carmony. Institute invited Mr. Kalyani Pawar, Chairman, NIPM Pune Chapter as Chief guest along with other NIPM Pune chapter members.
The guests provided us with some general guidelines for inculcating learning habits.
