2. To identify the basic of interviewing process 
3. How to be best prepared for any type of interview

The Corporate Talk Session “Interview Techniques'' was conducted for the batch 2019-20 to help the students to phase the interview. They also learned about the before and after techniques of interview which helped the student in number of ways like before an interview do research , be prompt and prepared and be prepared to discuss both strength and weakness and during the interview introduce yourself in courteous manner ,act professionally, Have a firm handshake, be enthusiastic : have a positive attitude and ask about the next process what to do after the interview as it includes the process of saying thank you and ask them for the business card evaluate your interview. 

How to dress for an interview both for men and women.

For men it should be conservative two-piece suit make sure that your shoes are polished and hair combed, use minimal perfume and carry a notepad or portfolio case, for the women it should be always wear a suit with jacket, wear low heels or pumps, most important don’t carry purse into the interview last but not the least wear minimal makeup.

Key outcome of the activity:

This workshop helps the students in no. of ways like how to give the interview in a better way, what is the process, how they can keep themselves calm at the time of interview and how they can dress up for the same.
