Brief:
In this session, the resource person- Abhijit Singh spoke on changing business scenarios and finance practices. This FDP helped strengthen the professional development of the faculty members and their academic carrier by enhancing the research and teaching capabilities of the faculty members of management education. This FDP aims to equip management educators with specific knowledge in research design, emerging empirical issues, and analytical tools to enable them to be better facilitators and researchers. This FDP was divided into three sessions provided exhaustive learning in areas such as financial management theories, strategic financial management, talent deployment, banking industry, financial services industry, qualities of a new-age CEO, and skill development training for jobs in the finance domain, finance case study writing, and teaching.
This program helped the faculty members to feel the void of competent finance faculty with research bent of mind in the management education domain.
