Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Tathawade, successfully organized a high-impact Panel Discussion on “Hiring Trends and Strategies” on 28th June 2025. The event brought together seasoned HR professionals and corporate leaders from top global and Indian organizations, offering MBA students a unique opportunity to understand real-world recruitment dynamics and current HR practices.
The session aimed to bridge the knowledge gap between theoretical HR concepts and practical industry challenges while giving students deep insights into evolving recruitment strategies in various organizational settings—ranging from MNCs to startups. The session was skilfully moderated by Dr. Aditi Aljapurkar and Ms. Hazel Francis.
