Detail Report -
As part of the ongoing Diksharambh 2025 Induction Program, the Orientation of the Performance Art Club (Theatre) was conducted on 18th June 2025 from 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m. This session was tailored for the newly inducted PGDM and PGDM Global students, aiming to unlock their creative potential through the vibrant medium of theatre.
The session offered a glimpse into the world of stagecraft, acting, expression, and storytelling. It highlighted how theatre can be a transformative journey—enabling students to understand emotions, work collaboratively, improve public speaking, and build confidence. Through engaging interactions and hands-on exposure to performance basics, students were encouraged to explore this artistic platform for self-discovery and leadership.
The orientation set an energetic and inclusive tone, inviting students to join the Performance Art Club and become part of a community that celebrates expression, creativity, and cultural richness.
Theatre, as introduced during this session, was not just presented as a co-curricular activity but as an essential avenue for growth, reflection, and confidence-building. The Orientation of the Performance Art Club has effectively sparked student interest in performance arts and laid the foundation for a vibrant cultural calendar ahead at DYPBS.
