Brief Report:
As part of Diksharambh 2025, Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School hosted a highly practical and motivating session on “From Learning to Leading: Industry Readiness and Personal Brand Building” by Mr. Pawan Shekatkar, Manager – Talent Management at Harbinger Group, on 17th June 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Mr. Shekatkar drew from his rich experience in talent acquisition and development to deliver a compelling session focused on preparing students for the evolving demands of the industry. He emphasized the importance of standing out in a competitive job market by building a unique personal brand and mastering interpersonal skills.
