Objectives: To conduct a corporate session on “Career build for Technology transformation era” , for the newly inducted students and prepare students for the upcoming Academic and Corporate Readiness.
The speaker shares personal anecdotes and stories to illustrate the importance of dealing with failure, unlearning, collaboration, and continuous self-improvement in building a successful career. He emphasizes that failures are valuable learning experiences, unlearning outdated skills is crucial in a rapidly changing world, and collaboration is more important than competition in corporate life. He also highlights the need to go beyond giving 100% and instead focus on what is needed by the team or corporation. He concludes by answering questions from the audience, providing insights into career choices and the value of continuous learning and growth within a company.
