  The session conducted by Mr. Prashant Dahibhate was a pivotal part of the induction program, aiming to orient the first-year students toward the evolving landscape of the corporate world through the lens of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (Gen AI). Mr. Dahibhate, with his extensive industry experience, provided deep insights into how AI is reshaping the modern workplace and how students can proactively prepare for it.
Adoption of AI in the Workplace:
Mr. Dahibhate elaborated on the rapid integration of AI technologies across industries, emphasizing how automation, machine learning, and Gen AI are transforming job roles, decision-making processes, and business strategies.
Skill Upgradation with AI Tools:
He encouraged students to actively explore and master emerging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, GitHub Copilot, and data visualization platforms. These tools, he explained, are becoming essential for enhancing productivity and staying relevant in a tech-driven job market.
Workplace Preparedness:
The session focused on the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and a proactive mindset in navigating the future of work. Mr. Dahibhate stressed that being technologically aware is not optional but a core competency in today’s work culture.
Personal Growth and Self-Branding:
Apart from technical skills, the speaker underlined the significance of communication, critical thinking, and ethical usage of AI. He inspired students to view AI as a collaborator in personal and professional growth rather than as a competitor.

Conclusion:
The Induction Program Committee (2025–2026) deserves commendation for organizing such an insightful session. Mr. Prashant Dahibhate’s practical perspective and forward-looking insights provided a valuable head start for the students as they embark on their management journey.
