 Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Tathawade, Pune, had the privilege of hosting Mr. Veeramani Venkat, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience and Founder of Bizz Diagnostics, for an inspiring session titled "From Curiosity to Mastery – Gamify the Journey" on Thursday, 12th January 2025.
 
The event commenced with a warm welcome and felicitation of the esteemed guest. Mr. Venkat began the session with a thought-provoking question, immediately capturing the audience's attention. His session was a dynamic blend of insightful discussion, hands-on activities, and live demonstrations, all aimed at imparting career-related guidance and industry-relevant knowledge.
 
Through carefully designed activities, such as a strategic Ludo-based game and a modified treasure hunt, students learned essential skills including strategic thinking, risk analysis, negotiation, and lateral thinking. These interactive elements not only made the session enjoyable but also encouraged networking among first-year students and helped build connections within the campus community.
 
Mr. Venkat’s practical approach and use of gamification made the learning experience deeply engaging and memorable. The questions he posed encouraged critical thinking, crucial for navigating today’s dynamic business world.
