Mr. Neeraj Sharma delivered an engaging and insightful session on the multifaceted nature of Learning Agility, emphasizing how future managers must adapt, learn, and thrive in rapidly changing work scenarios. He elaborated on the five key components of Learning Agility:
1. Mental Agility:
Students were encouraged to develop critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex and ambiguous problems efficiently. Mr. Sharma emphasized curiosity and flexibility in thinking.
2. People Agility
He highlighted the value of working collaboratively with diverse teams, learning from others’ experiences, and building strong interpersonal relationships as a cornerstone of effective leadership.
3. Change Agility:
In a world where change is constant, Mr. Sharma discussed the importance of embracing uncertainty, being open to new experiences, and viewing change as an opportunity rather than a threat.
4. Results Agility:
The session underlined the necessity of achieving goals under pressure, demonstrating resilience and focus, and remaining committed to outcomes even in challenging situations.
5. Self-Awareness:
Mr. Sharma concluded by stressing the importance of introspection—knowing one’s own strengths, weaknesses, and triggers to enable continuous personal and professional development.
