As part of the Diksharambh 2025 induction program, students of the PGDM and PGDM Global Batch 2025–27 had the opportunity to attend an insightful and futuristic session on Innovation, delivered by Mr. Ravinder Pal Singh, Director of Software Engineering at Amdocs.
Mr. Singh captivated the audience with his dynamic perspective on how innovation has evolved into a critical business driver across all sectors. He discussed emerging technologies like AI, automation, and data-driven strategies, emphasizing how future leaders must not only adapt to change but lead it.
The session encouraged students to break traditional thought patterns and adopt an innovative-first mindset, blending creativity with critical thinking. Mr. Singh also shared industry use-cases, personal experiences, and actionable ideas for applying innovation in management roles.
