Students of Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune, had the enriching opportunity to visit Thermax Learning Academy and Thermax Plant, a prominent name in the energy and environmental solutions sector. Known for its commitment to engineering excellence and sustainable innovation, Thermax served as the perfect learning platform for aspiring business professionals.
The visit was organized under the guidance of the Start-Up & Innovation Cell (S&IC) and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). It offered students an insightful look into the core industrial practices and innovation mechanisms that drive modern manufacturing.
From witnessing advanced machinery to understanding the implementation of green technologies, students experienced the practical applications of classroom concepts in a real-world setting. The tour included guided sessions from Thermax professionals, who shared their knowledge on industry trends, sustainability challenges, and innovation strategies.
