To inspire students by showcasing career opportunities and workplace dynamics in the automotive sector.

Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School remains committed to delivering experiential learning opportunities, and the industrial visit to Maxion Wheels on 28th March 2025 was a testament to that mission. The students of Marketing Division A were given an incredible opportunity to witness the operational excellence and manufacturing precision at one of the leading global wheel manufacturers.

The visit was made successful with the warm welcome and insightful guidance of Mr. Narendra Patil (Plant Head) and Ms. Suchita (Talent Acquisition) from Maxion Wheels. The students explored various facets of the plant, including production processes, quality assurance protocols, safety measures, and HR practices.

Throughout the visit, students gained a deeper understanding of how large-scale manufacturing units operate and how marketing principles are aligned with supply chain and production strategies. The experience added immense value to their academic learning and broadened their perspective on real-world business environments.

This industrial visit was a valuable step in empowering future business leaders with practical industry exposure. It reinforced the importance of aligning academic insights with professional realities, thereby shaping competent and industry-ready professionals.
