The institution has introduced a mentoring system aimed at aiding both the academic and personal growth of students. To better equip them for the corporate world, the MBA Department has rolled out a Corporate Mentorship Programme. These programmes guide students in making well-informed career decisions, expanding their business expertise, and developing leadership capabilities. They provide hands-on, real-world experience that complements classroom learning. Through these mentorship experiences, students build professional networks, gain important insights into industry practices, and bridge the gap between academic knowledge and corporate expectations. Ultimately, corporate mentorship plays a crucial role in boosting students' employability.
 
As part of this initiative, Mr. Mohit Narayan, International Business Development Manager, GmbH, Germany, was invited to engage with the students of PGDM Marketing – B Class at D Y Patil B School (DYPBS), DPU, Pune. The session was conducted at the Auditorium of DYPBS, as part of the Corporate Mentorship Programme.
