These programmes guide students in making informed career decisions, developing their business expertise, and strengthening their leadership capabilities. They offer real-world, experiential learning that goes beyond conventional classroom education. Through mentorship, students expand their professional networks, gain valuable insights into industry requirements, and close the gap between academic knowledge and the demands of the corporate sector. Ultimately, corporate mentorship plays a crucial role in enhancing students' employability prospects.
