On 3rd January 2024, the seminar hall at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School (DYPBS) was the venue for an engaging session on Narrative Therapy for Confidence Building. The session was led by Ms. Manisha Yemul, a distinguished Clinical Psychologist and Spiritual Healer, who guided participants through the principles and practices of narrative therapy to foster self-confidence and personal growth.
Session Highlights:
1. Understanding Narrative Therapy: Ms. Yemul began by explaining the core principles of narrative therapy, emphasizing the role of personal stories in shaping one’s identity and self-perception. She highlighted how reframing negative narratives can lead to enhanced confidence and resilience.
