Objective
1. To familiarize participants with the concept of universal human values.
2. To explore the importance of universal human values in professional settings.
3. To provide practical strategies for incorporating universal human values into teaching,
research, and administration.
4. To foster collaboration and networking among participants for continued learning and
support.
Brief Report
The FDP consisted of interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions led by expert resource
persons and co-facilitators. Participants engaged in various activities and exercises to deepen
their understanding of universal human values and explore their application in real-world
scenarios. The sessions were thoughtfully structured to cover various topics, including natural
acceptance, trust, respect, harmony with self, family and nature, integrity, and social
responsibility.
The Faculty Development Program on Universal Human Values was a resounding success,
providing participants with a meaningful and enriching learning experience. The program not
only deepened participants' understanding of universal human values but also empowered them
to become advocates for these values in their respective fields. Moving forward, it is essential to
build on the momentum generated by the FDP and continue to promote the integration of
universal human values into higher education.

Feedback:
Participants were invited to provide feedback on their experience of the FDP through a
structured feedback form. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants
expressing satisfaction with the content, delivery, and organization of the program. Many
participants noted that the FDP had enhanced their understanding of universal human values and
provided them with valuable insights and practical tools for incorporating these values into their
professional practice.
