Brief Report
The Art of Living Foundation's objective is to create a world where individuals can live in harmony with
themselves, with others, and with the environment, fostering peace, happiness, and well-being for all.
1. Stress Reduction and Mental Well-being: The foundation seeks to provide tools and
techniques to help individuals manage stress, overcome negative emotions, and cultivate
inner peace. Through workshops, courses, and meditation programs, it aims to empower
people to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
2. Promotion of Human Values: The Art of Living Foundation emphasizes the
importance of compassion, empathy, and service to others. It promotes universal human
values such as love, kindness, and tolerance, fostering a sense of unity and harmony
among people of diverse backgrounds.
3. Personal Development and Growth: One of the key objectives of the foundation is to
facilitate personal growth and development. It offers a range of educational programs
