Convocation Ceremony of Batch 2017-19

Dr. D. Y. Patil- B School’s 1st Convocation was held on Saturday, 30th November 2019. The academic procession led by Chief Guest Dr. Amit Bhingurde- CEO, Brabo Robotics & Automation Ltd., Guest of Honour Mr. Rajesh Kumar- Global HR Head, KPIT & Deepti Deshpande-AVP, Barclays, Dr. Somnath Patil-Secretary Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society, Dr. N. J. Pawar -Vice Chancellor, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Dr. A.N. Suryakar- Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Dr. M. S. Phirange,-Controller of examination, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth and Dr. Amol Gawande- Director, Dr. D. Y. Patil B School ceremoniously proceeded to the seminar hall.

The event started with National anthem and saraswati vandana . Dr. Amol Gawande, Director, took over the dais, shared the progress report of the institute, highlighting the academic achievements during the previous sessions.

Dr. Amit Bigurde, Mr. Rajesh shaha & Ms. Deepti Deshpande delivered the convocation address on this solemn occasion. They congratulated degree holders who have received their degrees which is truly a milestone in their career.

After this Dr. Somnath Patil conferred degrees to PGDM students. Mr. Raghav Khandelwal (Marketing), Ms. Manisha Munjal (Finance), Ms. Minal Arya (HR), Mr. Raghav Toshniwal (International Business) & Mr. Shubham Yadav (Business Analytics) were honoured on the occasion for standing 1st in respective specialization.

The convocation ceremony was concluded with vote of thanks proposed by Prof. Vishal Wadajkar, who advised the degree holders to make the best use of their skills, values, morals and knowledge learnt at Dr. D. Y. Patil B – School.
