The Resilience Research Lab at Mitra is an initiative housed within DYP B School that explores how evidence-based practices, experiential learning, and mind-body approaches can foster psychological resilience, emotional agility, and well-being in high-performance environments.

Our mission is to bridge science and lived experience — conducting research-driven programs and interventions that support individuals in thriving amidst uncertainty, stress, and change.

This flagship initiative supports the mental, emotional, and relational well-being of educators at DYP B School.

Key components include:
• Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR)
• Burnout prevention strategies
• Work-life boundary practices
• Weekly 20-minute group reflections

Early feedback shows significant improvements in focus, emotional regulation, and job satisfaction.

Mindful Leadership Lab
Mindful Leadership Lab – Student Series

A six-week experiential program for MBA students to develop:

• Resilience under academic & professional stress
• Mindful decision-making & emotional intelligence
• Conflict navigation & team presence

Includes case discussions, guided practice, journaling, and research projects.

A hybrid module in development for professionals and leaders in high-stress industries.
