Objective(s)
- To learn the art of team spirit and leadership engage in a healthy competition outside the walls of the classroom and feel rejuvenated and pleased from playing and cheering along with their companions.
Brief Report :
Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School arranged a three-day intra-college sports event “YUVA” from 19th to 21st January 2023. The various sports categories of the event were Cricket, Football, Basketball, Throwball, Badminton, Tug of war, Table Tennis and Volleyball. The event was inaugurated exhibiting the beautiful culture of Assam followed by a Bihu dance.
After a brief presentation of Assamese culture, the competition between various teams started. The games were played on a League basis on the first day and a Knock-out basis on the second day. Heading towards the final day of the event i.e. the third day, the Semi-final and the Finals were conducted between the qualified teams and winners were determined for each category. This marked the end of the three-day intra-collegiate sports tournament.

The students learned the art of team spirit and leadership engaged in a healthy competition outside the walls of the classroom and felt rejuvenated and pleased from playing and cheering along with their companions.
