The Placement Cell at Dr. D.Y. Patil B-school, led by the capable Mrs. Sheetal Darekar and her dedicated team, recently introduced a series of expert talks aimed at enhancing the educational experience at the institute. One such event welcomed students from the PGDM Batch 2017-19. The primary objective of this workshop was to instill a keen awareness of the contemporary challenges faced by various industries among the PGDM students. The session focused on elucidating the roles and responsibilities of both IT and non-IT recruiters and was conducted as an interactive discussion.
The expert speaker provided valuable insights into the intricate duties that recruiters in these sectors undertake. This session was engaging and informative, equipping students with a deeper understanding of the recruitment processes within both IT and non-IT domains.
