The event started with the introduction of the institution and its vision to take the IIC Cell upto a level of success with the ideas and potential of budding managers of Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School. Event proceeded with the addressing by Dr. Sonali Saha Ma’am President S&IC (IIC) about the important place of S&IC (IIC) in Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School and how the instituted worked effectively to establish the cell successfully by developing enthusiasm in the members of the cell and bring out the best as the institution is known for its entrepreneurship skills and is the first institution launch the Disruptive Innovation powered by BIMTECH. She stated a phrase “Sky is just a limit” which made her words impactful for everyone to create a platform for self-development. She addresses Mr. Amol Native for his successful and inspiring career life. Later Ms. Parmindar Kaur Vice-President S&IC (IIC) talked about how the institution initiated with EDC Cell for enforcement of S&IC (IIC). Afterwards Ms. Stuti Shukla Ma’am Conveiner S&IC (IIC) gave a brief about the various activities conducted in Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School under the incubation centre with her words and eye-catching presentation and vision of the institution for future collaboration with the AIC BIMTECH.
Further, Dr. Arpit Trivedi felicitated Mr. Kapil Agrawal Sir and with this Mr. Kapil Agarwal got Invited to address the Cell with his words and knowledge in which he shared a story from his life that how he had a keen interest to share his tech knowledge. He worked on mechanical sensor-based toilet flush. He shared that how he coincidently got connected with the Director of HPCL and earned a chance to share his idea pf toilet flush with him where he got a chance to introduce it but was failed to execute it successfully in first few attempts. With this he stated the importance of Incubation Cell where you get a support of tech, brainstorming and guidance to work on the idea better with the appropriate use of resources available in the institution or surroundings.
Event proceeded with the introduction and felicitation of Mr. Amol Native Sir by Dr. Sonali Saha Ma’am.
Further Mr. Amol Native Sir addressed the audience with his knowledge and amazing experience in which he shared that how he worked for rural areas with his ideas. He motivated the cell by highlighting:
- To have a purpose for becoming an entrepreneur.
- To develop passion for the purpose and purpose for the passion.
- Being emotionally intelligent is very important.
He stated the 5 P’s necessary for a successful business career. Those 7 P’s iniducates:
- P- Purpose
- P- Passion
- P- Patience
- P- Peace
- P- Prosperity
He further said:
- “An entrepreneur should try to build legacy”.
- If transition exists then only you will be able to change something and become a successful entrepreneur.
- Do not go on trend-based ideas start-up because as the trend goes out of demand start-up will fail.
He gave a detailed explanation about his journey of becoming one of the entrepreneurs where he majorly focused on four P’s. Starting with first one which is Purpose; which actually signifies something which will hit you to know what exactly and how you want to do it, also, it will help to identify your core strength. Basically he wanted to tell that Purpose – Finding. Next down the line comes Passion which delivers and shows what exactly with full enthusiasm and passion you can do. Next up which Mr. Nitave addressed was the most import P out of all was the Patience where he mentions about his failure and told one should always be ready to accept the failure. No matter how many times you fail but if you keep patience you will succeed soon. Last on the token of list comes Prosperity which he mentions about the journey to become a legacy.
Next, the respected faculties and members of S&IC (IIC) got felicitated with their respected badges and appointment letters by Mr. Amol Native Sir and Mr. Kapil Agarwal Sir. Mr. Pradeep Singhaniya Student of PGDM Batch 2021-23 got a recognition for his on toes working for the cell. Afterwards the student asked the desired questions from our Chief guests Mr. Amol Native Sir and Mr. Kapil Agarwal Sir.
Event concluded with the distribution of badges and appointment letters to the respective I- Leaders, E- Leaders, I- Executives, E- Executives, and Members of the Cell and photo session.

You are born to fail, so its very important to have patience to go through the failure phase and come back with an innovative purpose, passion, patience to get peace and prosperity by becoming a successful entrepreneur.
