Description:
The session started with welcoming the Resource person and the participants. Ms. Manjiri Latey- kicked off her workshop with a group activity to create sensory awareness. She then explained to the participants to introspect how rooted are we? – in our actions/thoughts and behavior. Building a solid foundation is pretty necessary to have a definite direction in life, she continued. For that, we need to change the lens with which we see ourselves and the world. She asked the participants to reflect and write their core strengths, the area they think they can improve upon, the limiting belief they would like to overcome, and the 3-5 dominant emotions they experience on an average day.

The session also covered the relationship between emotions and how the consciousness/ body resonates with them. She continued with the session by demonstrating how the MOST things that we do daily can be reflected by how we do SOME things. So to change MOST things, we need to start changing SOME things. Her session also included explaining the concept of – the triad of life i.e., focus, physiology, language, with the help of engaging the participants with a small group activity. It was meant to make the participants realize how a shift of one corner of the triad affects the other corners. Where the mind goes – the body follows !! The concept of mental maps was fascinating. This was meant to show how differently people perceive an everyday thing. Hence it's essential to understand and respect one’s differences. Our thinking is a process of answering questions, and the quality of answering depends on the quality of the question; hence, it is imperative to click a reset button. Hence, to make a difference in life - Sit back and ponder, ask yourself a question that will guide you towards your coveted destination. She also conducted a practical session where she engaged the participants. They framed the meta questions and asked each other their limiting beliefs or the areas they wanted to improve to bring out the answers.

The session ended with a brief feedback and thanksgiving session by Dr. Sonali Saha to the resource person
