The Placement Cell at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-school, in its endeavor to initiate value-added activities within the institute, has launched an expert talk under the leadership of Mrs. Sheetal Darekar, along with other members of the Placement Cell. This event witnessed the active participation of students of the PGDM Batch 2017-19.
The primary objective of the workshop was to acquaint PGDM students with the skills necessary to develop an awareness of the current challenges faced by industries. Often, students encounter difficulties in interviews when trying to understand the mindset of HR professionals. To address these challenges, the corporate expert provided valuable insights to the PGDM students.
Key outcomes of the activity:
The Workshop increased industrial awareness and improved interview competence among PGDM students and enhanced soft skills and career readiness for successful integration into the corporate world.
