Startup Club of DPU was inaugurated on 20th June 2019 by Dr.Apoorva Palkar (Director of Innovation centre at Savitribai Phule University, SPPU). The objective of the club is to create platform for self-employment and promote innovation incubation and entrepreneurial skills through formal and informal programs. The objective will be achieved through three dimensional activities like events, assistance and competitions.
Programs conducted through Startup Club of DPU are –
- Entrepreneurship Development Programs
- Speaker Series, Idea generation workshop
- Business modeling workshop
- Start up to idea workshop
- Panel discussion on early stage investments and startup showcase and many more
Till date lot of activities like One dollar venture, logo competition, movie, guest lectures have been conducted through the club.
